It’s International Walk to School Day!
On October 2nd, Wednesday, meet your classmates at Ardmore Park (16833 NE 30th St, Bellevue, WA 98008) at 7:30 am where our PE teacher Mr. Johnson will lead kids in fun warm up exercises. We will then walk together along 169th to school. So that everyone can participate, bus riders will meet us at school for a final loop around the school.
Interested in taking it one step further? If you drive to school consistently, consider regularly walking from Ardmore Park (hint, parking is easier and the kids get some energy out before school!). And, we’re excited to announce that Ardmore Elementary is now one of the select schools participating in SchoolPool! SchoolPool is a program to encourage kids to walk/bike/bus/carpool to school, and Ardmore Elementary can earn monetary rewards based on student participation!

Raise money for your school by walking, biking, taking the bus or carpooling during the Fall 2019 SchoolPool Challenge, October 1-31!

2. Log your walk, bike, carpool or bus trip(s) in this trip log calendar.
3. Return your trip log calendar to your teacher or front office by Friday, November 8.
