Ardmore Olympics

Saturday, September 28th, Noon-3:00pm.

This fun-filled, student-centric day is a fantastic community event. The OLYMPICS is our First and Biggest Fundraiser for the school. Help by contributing the week leading to the Olympics and on September 28th, come enjoy an afternoon of Sports, Activities, and Food! Have fun while mingling with friends, family and get to know your school staff and your child’s friends. Food Trucks, Zaytoona Food Truck and The Peach and The Pig Food Truck, will have vegetarian, vegan, paleo, gluten free options. So arrive for lunch at Noon, and get ready for opening ceremonies at 1pm!

Why Contribute?
Your Parent-Teacher-Student-Association runs on a budget, that is created by you, because of your contributions and managed by you – the parents. The PTSA works alongside the school to provide enrichment programs to our students, like Science Fair, Teacher Grants, Fun Family activities to build community, and Family Assistance for our students in need. How do we manage to pull this off, you ask? OLYMPICS!

Olympics Clothing Donation Fundraiser – Bring those clothes you’ve been meaning to donate, and tell your neighbors to do the same! At this year’s Olympics we are collecting clothes to donate to Value Village, who in turn donates cash to Ardmore for the weight of the collected clothes!
